fhL Massage & Wellness is a locally owned office offering professional, licensed, insured massage therapy alongside targeted wellness treatments. We tailor each session for the individual person. No two people are the same, so every massage will be different. Chair sessions are available.
Beyond massage, our office houses three dedicated wellness amenities: a halotherapy salt booth, Ionic Detox foot baths, and red light therapy — each designed to support recovery, relaxation, and everyday wellness between (or instead of) massage sessions.
